We deliver inside Egypt. Delivery availability and courier coverage can vary by governorate and address.

  • Other governorates may take longer depending on the courier and location.
03 Payments Accepted methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Your order is confirmed once you place it, and payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered.

04 Packaging Condition guarantee

We pack orders carefully to help protect items during delivery. If there is visible damage on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos.

  • Please provide a complete, accurate, and reachable address and phone number.
  • If delivery is refused or the address is unreachable after attempts, the order may be returned.
