Fast movement across Egypt, premium packaging, and transparent tracking so every drop arrives exactly as promised.
- Orders confirmed before 4 PM are booked the same day.
- Major cities receive parcels within 2 to 3 business days.
- Red Sea, Sinai, and Upper Egypt regions arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Instapay, Mobile Wallet, or secure cash on delivery. We never request payment through random links. A confirmation message outlines the amount, the reference number, and the courier assigned to your order.
Garments are folded in breathable dust bags, sealed in tamper evident packaging, and labelled with humidity indicators. Any sign of damage on arrival should be documented with photos and reported within 24 hours.
- Couriers call before reaching your location.
- If the call is missed, we attempt delivery two more times within 72 hours.
- Orders returned after three failed attempts are restocked and the slot opens for the next client.

- Every order is verified for payment, address validity, and policy compliance before dispatch.
- Orders linked to fraud, promo abuse, glitching, or policy violations will be declined and not shipped; no refund in such cases.
- We may cancel an order at any time before shipment if we detect suspicious activity or invalid information.
- You must provide a complete, accurate, and reachable address. Incorrect or fake addresses may result in order cancellation.
- If delivery is refused by the recipient or the address is inaccessible after our attempts, the order may be returned and restocked; refunds follow our refund policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before or after payment, including for suspected fraud, promo or discount abuse, stock errors, or failure to pass verification. If payment was already taken, we will process a refund according to our refund policy. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier strikes, natural events).
